Beginning Friday, February 12th from 7-9 PM, a new weekly worship and gathering opportunity will be available at Faith for people of all ages (and may be especially relevant for youth and young adults). Following the service, gather in the social hall for-refreshment, conversation, games, music jams, and various other activities. All are welcome at both! We look forward to many ways in which this can be a meeting place, a worship space, and a place to explore the arts.

 

Connect Study

Join Pastor Swanson on Thursdays from 6 to 7:30 PM for a study on what it means to be part of a Eucharistic community. It is a six-week study beginning on February 18th. It is designed for newcomers as well as those outside the church, those on the fringe, and anyone who might be considering becoming a member of Faith. There is a sign-up sheet on the wall outside the office.

Lent is just around the corner! Gather with the parish family on Tuesday, February 16th at 6:00 PM to kick off the Lenten season with a traditional pancake meal and a Talent Show.

Come on Wednesday, January 6th at 5:45 PM for a meal and a Candlelight Communion service following to celebrate the day of Epiphany. There will be fire and more fire!

Faith's first Fall Bazaar, featuring arts and crafts from local community vendors as well as members of the congregation.

The church council, with input from the congregation, voted to continue the single worship service at 10:00 AM on Sunday mornings as it has been throughout the summer.

The 2nd Annual Youth Rafting Adventure on the Wenatchee River  is happening on Tuesday & Wednesday, August 11 & 12! The cost is approximately $150, depending on how many people go. Let Pastor Swanson know ASAP if you'd like to come along.

Faith is delighted to be the host site for Maple Alley Inn this summer while their permanent site is being remodeled. The program, sponsored by The Opportunity Council, serves hot nutritious lunches to hungry people in the community. They will be in the building on Wednesdays and Thursdays, serving lunch from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM from June 1st to August 31st.
We are glad to be continuing the long tradition at Faith of serving the hungry!
