Bone Health and Balance Class

Tuesdays 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM with Instructor Liz Clark

There will be no Bone Health and Balance Classes for the remainder of August and will resume in September.

This Pilates class works on balance, strength, posture alignment, stretching, and flexibility. Sessions can be done either sitting or standing. Try the first class for free afterwards only $5/class.
